Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or services. By accessing linedandloadedstriping.com or engaging Lined & Loaded for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Lined & Loaded provides professional parking lot striping, re-striping, ADA compliance marking, fire lane striping, and related line marking services in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.

All services are performed as described in a written quote accepted by the client. Work not listed in the approved quote is not included and may require a separate agreement.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated
• Prices are based on information provided at the time of quoting. Changes to scope may result in adjusted pricing
• Quotes are not guaranteed until a deposit is received
• Lined & Loaded reserves the right to revise quotes if site conditions differ materially from what was described

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to schedule and confirm your service date
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of work
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at time of booking
• Unpaid balances are subject to a 1.5% per month late fee after 30 days
• Paying a deposit constitutes acceptance of the quoted scope and these Terms

4. Scheduling & Site Access

• Client is responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible, clean, and dry at the scheduled time
• Freshly sealed or coated surfaces must be fully cured before striping. Lined & Loaded is not responsible for adhesion issues caused by incompatible or uncured surfaces
• If site access is restricted or delayed due to client action (or inaction), additional fees may apply
• Client is responsible for traffic control and notifying tenants or occupants of scheduled work

5. Weather & Rescheduling

Striping requires dry conditions and appropriate temperatures. Lined & Loaded reserves the right to reschedule work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other unsafe weather conditions at no penalty to either party. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest available date.

6. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full deposit refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be subject to a mobilization fee to cover crew and equipment costs
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit

7. Scope Changes

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional work requested on-site will be quoted and billed separately. Lined & Loaded is not obligated to perform work outside the original scope without a new written agreement.

8. Subcontracting

Lined & Loaded may use qualified subcontractors to complete portions of the work. We remain responsible for the quality of all work performed under our name.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total contract amount. Lined & Loaded is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing pavement conditions, cracks, or deterioration
• Damage caused by vehicles, weather, or third parties after work is completed
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Communications Consent

By submitting a quote request or engaging our services, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from Lined & Loaded at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at linedandloadedstriping.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
